Returns & Exchanges

At PolarStar, we want to ensure your gear performs as hard as you do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all high-performance sports equipment and apparel. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your PolarStar account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the unused items back into their original packaging, ensuring all protective padding and instruction manuals are included.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from your email, print it out, and securely tape it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt to track the status of your return as it travels back to our warehouse.
